Return Policy


The goal at Southeastern Gallery is your complete satisfaction, which also includes returns for any reason. If the prints or products arrive damaged or you simply change your mind later, feel free to follow the instructions here to request a return authorization.

You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of the confirmed delivery through FedEx using the tracking number provided.

Return Authorization (Important)

All exchanges or returns must receive a written authorization before they will be accepted. Any order returned without an authorization will not be accepted. In order to receive an authorization, use the Contact Form to send an email with the following information:

  • Reason for the exchange or return
  • Original tracking number(s)
  • Specify if you wish to exchange the item(s), or return the item(s)

Once a request is received it will take 1-3 days to process, and then you will receive additional instructions.

Exchanges

If you are unhappy with the quality of the print or product, it was damaged during shipping, or you decided to choose a different print or product, you may exchange it for another print or product of the same value. However, before exchanges are accepted you must return the item(s) at your own cost, and you will need to pay for shipping (if applicable) on any exchanged item(s) sent back to you.

Damaged Returns

Damaged returns are the most frustrating of all circumstances. I gladly accept all returns, but if the returns arrived damaged I am unable to re-enter them into my inventory, therefore I take a loss on the item. My first offer would be to exchange the damaged items for you.
However, if you prefer to cancel the order and receive a refund I am able to offer the following options:
1. I can refund 50% of the original item's purchase value
2. I can offer you a store credit of 50% of the original item's purchase value for a future purchase
All Other Returns
If you wish to return any undamaged print or product for any reason whatsoever, I will refund the total value of the prints and products. I do not offer a refund on the shipping & handling charges.
For all returns follow the instructions to receive a Return Authorization. Once the authorization has been processed and your items returned to inventory you should see a credit to your payment method within 1-3 days. I only offer refunds to the original payment method provided during purchase.
